 Kia Ora applicants,

 Thank you for your ongoing interest in and passion for the Korean language class at KEC.

The APPLICATION for 2024 SEMESTER 1 is open on 8 December 2023 (3 pm), and will be closed on 29 December 2023.

As informed, all level of classes of the year will be operated on a semester basis in 2024.

1. The first class (Semester 1) begins on 5 February 2024 and finishes on 5 July 2024.

2. Applicants will get a confirmation email by 21 January 2024 once the application is accepted. 

3. From next semester, students can use your textbook in the class for your efficiency. 

    As a diplomatic organisation, the Korean Education Centre does not import and sell textbooks for a profit and only co-purchases the books from Korean Publishers on behalf of students.

   Students can purchase the books by joint-purchase through the KEC OR individually through online shopping or directly other channels, book purchase is not a mandatory. 

 *If you wish to make a joint purchase through our Centre, please tick the box for a group purchase when registering for a course.

① Only those who have applied for the Korean Language course at our Centre can make a joint purchase.

② The price is 25 NZD per book and the payment should be completed via the KEC bank account by (Friday) 26 January 2024. (No cash).

③ KEC Bank account information: Only those who get a confirmation email from KEC in January will receive the bank account details.

(Please make sure that you need to match your official full name on the application; do not write your shortened or another name used in the class).
